We first crossed paths at Under Armour in 2009, collaborating on diverse apparel categories. After several years with UA, our professional journeys diverged, leading us to gain valuable insights from various brands both large and small. Despite our individual successes, a sense of incompleteness lingered in our careers. In November 2023, we reconnected, sharing our triumphs and challenges from the intervening years. In that moment, a collective realization dawned on us. This spark ignited the birth of ‘The AWP Group,’.
